There seems to be mint induced lines by the star. Any ideas in the variety?

I am of the mindset that is post mint damage.
Looks like it may have survived a fire too?
Either/or neat coin with lots of history!

Looks like an O.102 (T-26). That's PMD by S14, as braddick said.
