This guy creates accounts every few months. He somehow gets the past ones totally deleted but you can find internet information on it.
He also has been known to take rare stamps and coins and photoshop (He does a pretty good job with it) them into his hands to make it seem legitimate that he actually has the coins. (Like here: His account before this one
