Fair price for 90% silver coins?

I see that melt value of 90% is currently just under 12 times face.

What is a fair premium to charge for a good sized amount of halves ($400)?

condition/grade matters, as does the type of halves...at least to me

Please translate to a multiple of face...

What do you charge in your store?

Just traded some 90% to another dealer at 12 X face.

A retail value for half dollars would more likely be spot + $2.50 X .715 X Face Value.

    (~ 13.5 X face)

With a mix of Walkers and Franklins and no slicks, you should be able to ask at least 14X for $400 face. APMEX is at a way higher rate of 17.64X on a $100 face bag of XF Walkers, for comparative purposes.
