1879-CC Morgan GSA - Which Would You Buy...A MS 62PL or a MS-63?

I'm on the verge of pulling the trigger and splurging on my last missing CC GSA.
For roughly the same price, would you buy an MS-62PL or a solid straight MS-63 (both TPG graded)?
And price aside, which would you prefer in your collection?
For whatever it's worth...I have an extensive collection of Morgan Uncs...both PL and normal Unc.

1. TPG's give a wide birth to MS63 CC dollars (I think many are MS62's and baggy)
2. You need at least a MS64 CC to get over the hump (and rid the bag marks)
3. PL 62's REALLY show the bag marks.
4. TPG'ed GSA's seem to be higher quality.
So...I would and will grab a nice MS63 as soon as I find one over a '62PL.

PL Morgan prices, in my opinion, are dropping even faster than DMPL. In this date, I would take the 63.
Starting out I would be prejudice in favor of PL and go from there.

The one with best eye appeal.
This...emphatically this. The decision should be about the coin, not the grade.
I'd go with the 3.

I'd rather have a higher technical grade than PL surfaces.

It's been a long time coming too.
True story...one of the first GSAs I ever bought was the 1890-CC when I was a teenager.
I splurged in 1981 and bought in uncertified (there were no TPGs) at Macy's coin department in Herald Square...and I paid the "outrageous" price of $225.
And I think I probably had at least 2 or 3 to choose from..and gave the others back!
A few years back I finally had it graded and it came back as a 63! Not bad for $225!
I probably could have picked up the 1879-CC that day for $300...just guessing.
Macy's had quite a good coin department back in the day...manned by old men who wore their glasses on a chain around their necks. And perfect envelopes and Mint packaging was not even a consideration! Hell...the GSA COA cards were virtually a dime a dozen back then...as people frequently cracked their coins out of the "ugly" black Eisenhower slabs!

THAT
(if close in eye appeal, I'd go with the 63)

So the search is underway.
Although eBay is an option...I might wait for a major coin show to actually pick this one up in person. As several people noted...for a coin of this value, in hand is always best.
Aren't MS62's typically "baggy", in other words 58/62 are sometimes a flip of the coin on condition?
.
Not on CC morgans of which most were never released into circulation in the first place.
I'm in the 63 camp.
