    Well, I don't have a photo of my new 1837 CR 4E. And besides, I wouldn't want to make Brian's coin look bad. image But I will post a picture of the coin in my sig line, just for kicks. It's the Eliasberg 1830/29 NG 2 Escudos. MS 65.

    In case you didn't know it, I have been "doggedly collecting coins of the Central American Republic" for the past two decades. Like I said above, I upgraded the 1837 CR 4E, so the duplicate was for sale. But as unlikely as it was that I would upgrade that coin, it's far more unlikely that I will ever upgrade the 1830/29 NG 2E, which is extremely rare in any grade.
