there hasn't been s single comment [at least I haven't read one] about what a pain it is to access these boards. Having to scroll to the bottom of a "new" window.

I know it is what it is, but hoping it's only temporary.

What are you talking about? What new window?

Do you not just click "reply" or scroll to the bottom for a quick post without the formatting toolbar.

From the home page, if you click on resources and you scroll to the bottom of the page and there is a link to the boards. These links open in new windows for me. It looks like from the home page, the board links are still at the bottom, but at least they open in the same page. Always used to be near the top IIRC.

The only thing I've noticed is when I click on "last unread" it just goes to the page but not the last unread post like it used to.

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

Most computers allow you to "bookmark" pages so they are only a click away. Why don't you just do that.

    .

    1. bookmark/favorites, as others have said.

    2. set your browser to open in new tabs.

    3. hold ctrl down then left click.

    4. another solution that slipped my mind.

Why? PCGS is my home page so it would take just as long to search the bookmarks as it does to scroll through the PCGS home page. The link to the boards used to be more convenient than it is now.

BTW where is a convenient link to the coin number page?

A lot of the new browsers have a "pinned tab" feature. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.

Pinned tabs allow you to keep your essential tabs (for sites you commonly visit) open but compressed to the left on the tab bar. Only the favicons show to keep the tab space tiny.

I have them set up for the CU forum, Photobucket, CollectiveCoin, PCGS's cert look-up, True View look-up, my PCGS inventory, and a few others like the daily paper and crossword sites.

Whenever you start your browser they're automatically loaded (but again, out of the way and inconspicuous). The browser works with regular tabs (unpinned ones) in the usual fashion.

Try it. You might like it.

    Lance.
