If you wanted, get a 1900 O/CC. It's a great VAM and you can knock out two mint marks with one coin.

The 21 doesn't really look real to me but maybe that's the pictures.

That's just the way they were made. I think the original galvanos were gone by 1921, so the design had to be redone by copying a coin.
