Mile High

After the dust settled at 3am EST last night, some very strong prices for some beautiful cards and memorabilia. That Cracker Jack poster was simply awesome.

I was lucky enough to add some nice Superman cards to my set. Anyone else celebrating nice additions from the auction?
Go Dodgers!

I had my eye on a few cellos, but wound up not bidding.

    I won some clementes...

I really wanted the banks lot, someone got a deal if that sticker was a psa 9 - trying to figure out why they wouldn't post a picture of the best card...

What Superman set are you collecting? Is it the 1940 set?

I ended up picking up a couple of cut mayo cards and the Fisk and Schmidt rookies.

I put out what I thought was a crazy bid for the 71 Topps signed Munson but someone was apparently crazier than me! Congrats to those who picked up lots. That was a nice auction top to bottom.

I won the partially graded 1965 Topps baseball set. Combining it with my own partial set should get me to around the 90% mark.

Couple of Clementes here. I would not entrust them to auction off oddball items from a master set. They have buried valuable items in grouped lots without even a pic a couple of times. They probably do not have enough expertise to value some of the esoteric player set items.
Collecting Clemente master (#6) and basic PSA registry sets, Hank Aaron master and basic sets, Mantle oddball issues, 1970's mega decade HOFs, 1967 Topps pin ups, and high grade Topps Clemente and Aaron. Numerous transactions with over 100 board members.

I won the 1960 Topps Mantle All Star card PSA 7. The back centering is not so good, but not a bad buy for $150 including the juice.
