Why do I see listings like this rise to the top of the so called "best match" search ?

40 times face ? seriously?

its not a realistic price , its not free shipping seller is not top rated either.

40 times face that listing must date back to 1980 , ive never seen 90% sell for that image

    Rip off artist, hardly anything of his/hers sold.

    It's the downside of free listings , a seller could keep rolling over garbage listings indefinitely without paying anything.

    What bugs me about it is that there is no way a listing like that should ever come up if search worked in a way they benefited normal buyers or sellers .

    Be patient and eBay will send you one of their PITA emails saying that they found a cheaper one.
