Counterfeit Walker?

Who can help me on this coin.Coin looks about vf,rims are near full.Obv has wear,but still has skirt lines.Rev has strong eagle fearhers on most of the eagle.One thing I noticed is a regular walker wt is 12.50grams,this wt is 11.0.Can't get a picture to post to this site.
Anyone out there deal in Counterfeits?

weight is off by enough to matter.
i don't know if this year/mm is known for tapered flans or struck on wrong stock.
most likely fake and or altered.

just checked my specific tolerances and it shows 1.5 variance. so perhaps this is ok afterall. hmmm

as stated, counterfeit. with this pot metal. is it magnetic?
To add, I own a 19D that turned up in an accumulation I was buying (I got it as a freebie), and have since seen a number of different dates and mm's from the teens, mostly ~XF, like this one. I'd love to know the story behind them.
Fake, and a horrible one at that.
