It looks like it, but keep in mind that at this grade level it is more cool than valuable.

Nice pick!! I found one just recently in a junk silver box in almost the exact same condition.

Yes. And it is also paired with the strong Class VI DDR which is found on fewer than 10% of these. In this grade they aren't worth much but it's still a nice find.
