Just added the Double Dime to my Showcase Variety Type Set.

DIMEMAN

This is the first twenty center I have ever owned. They are usually beat up and/or cleaned. This one had the look I wanted. I have looked at hundreds with no luck and the came across this one on David Kahn's site. I was looking for a certain variety...the one with the MPD and RPM that looks like a "$". These are not rare, but neat.

Yes, the varieties are common. I have heard some say that it is harder to find one with no variety. There are at least 5 different MPD's and 2 RPM's. But this is the one I wanted and the look I was after.

Yes, this series has suffered horribly from the dipping crazes of the past (and present). It's difficult to find one that is arguably original.
