How scarce are 1986 Silver Eagles in PCGS Rattler slabs?

Is there anyway to determine the difficulty of finding a silver eagle in a rattler? It would have to be a 1986 as I don't think rattler holders were used much past late 1989. . . and coupled with the expense of slabbing back when PCGS opened their doors, can't imagine too many collectors or dealers would bother sending in bullion coins (even the proofs).
It would be fun to determine how many were slabbed, first year silver eagles!

Did they have POP reports in 1986?
Interesting to see the significant differences in the labels.
Was PCGS promoting rattler holders too?
Why are the coin numbers different for the 2 slabs pictured? The coin number for both cert numbers 7050296 and 2056306 is 9802 DCAM.
I would guess they're fairly scarce items in rattlers.

I originally had them turned around...it should be good to go now.

They both show different POP numbers too.

This one at Heritage looks like it came from the same roll as yours. I didn't see many Rattlers doing a quick scan over there of your date.

After reading this thread I checked through an album of some slab images I have. I have one 1986-S Proof in a rattler with the cert # of 7050283. As far as how scarce they are?--surely not as easy as a Morgan Dollar or Mercury Dime to find in a rattler, but I see probably half a dozen show up on ebay per year.
Chance favors the prepared mind.

A June 1, 1989 (I think all were still rattlers then) population report I have shows the following for the Proof 1986:
65 = 8
66 = 6
67 = 49
68 = 129
69 = 61
70 = 0
By then there were about 1200 to 1300 total moderns graded that took up little more than one page. The 1986-S Proof Silver Eagle had the highest population followed by the MS version. I think it was only about 6 months later that the rattler ended.
