Anybody know who makes these coin envelopes ???

Anybody have any information on who makes (made) these envelopes?? Obviously I would like to know what they are made of first.

I suspect you are right. The "number" space in the upper right sounds like a stamp catalog number.

May be an outside the CONUS envelope.
The window seems kinda small for about anything larger than a quarter...there may be a larger window available. Seems right for stamps though, I would think that it would kinda difficult to keep it centered unless you had a block of four and then you could only see the inside corners...I'm rambling...I need coffee.

I doubt that they were for stamps due to the position of the window and for other reasons, like a plastic edge on the inside that could easily tear a stamp.
