Fake 2016 silver Pandas reported

"FAKE PANDAS

Customer came in with 25 2016 Silver pandas yesterday..

I think he bought them on ebay.. pkging looked OK

Put one on MY PMV.. NOT Silver

coin looked real and the weight was correct..

TEST EVERYTHING..."

    Wow.....I guess unless you buy from well established dealers you are taking a chance.
    This will only continue to occur imho.
    Basically all bullion can be suspect if not from reliable sources.

    You dont know where they were purchased.Could have been a big bullion shop online.
    Worthless without pictures.

    I have my doubts that they came from a bullion shop. Most likely from overseas via eBay. Being sold for less than $15. One common denominator: not US sellers.
