Saw a Fake Ike Today

I went to a small coin show today and one of the dealers had a fake Ike Dollar (1971) that he found in Germany. Very soft details, no copper clad core. Hard to understand the benefit derived in faking Ike Dollars.
I love the 3 P's: PB&J, PBR and PCGS.

Did it look like fakes from any known countries?
It looked like an American Ike Dollar. I don't know of any other countries with Ike Dollars.

The dealer wasn't handing out pics of his fake Ike. I looked at it. I guess I could have tried taking a picture of it with my iPhone. If I see him at another show, I'll ask to see it again.

He was showing to people as a fake. It was his conversation piece at the show. He wasn't selling it. He had a couple of other fakes also that he was showing people.

That explains why I've started to get abducted more ever since I acquired this coin. The moon men want their pattern back.
