Fake 1893-S Morgans in Bulk

The fake seller is back for his 6th attempt at selling key date Morgans at a 99% discount. This is his first time to try selling 1893-S Morgans in bulk in AU at the unbelievably low price of $156.66 with free shipping. This is his 3rd userid (Saopm543) to use (presumably hijacked) to sell.

Please help report.

1893-S Morgans in Bulk at $156.66 each.
I love the 3 P's: PB&J, PBR and PCGS.

For all the good it will do think the droids at eBay get the weekend off.

Sigh...some people (7 so far) are about to pay some tuition into the school of numismatics...and get a lesson the hard way..."if it is too good to be true...it is".

    What a low life.

Reported. But I don't think eBay acts on reports promptly on weekends.

This probably disproves my theory that Ebay is automated to remove listings after X reports. 12 sold and only 8 remain.

It's gone. I think the last I noticed, he had sold 14 of the 20. I guess this means he has all 20 now to relist.

  • Not sure how this works if the buyers paid before it got nuked, doesn't the action (listing, purchase etc)on the buyers end just disappear and all they're left with is the PayPal transaction and the seller gets all the money including refunded ebay fees?

I know this happened to me years ago when I bought a legit item but apparently the seller used some other sellers photos. When I signed in to eBay the next day my purchase was completely gone. I can't remember if I got an eBay message saying thanks for bidding but item removed. Took me awhile to check PayPal to find the transaction...emailed seller, he shipped but never provided tracking...item did arrive.

Why else would he keep relisting? And why wouldn't ebay suspend etc?

I would expect that Ebay would have Paypal issue refunds of those who have already paid. Ebay automatically issues refunds when people return items so they have that ability.
