Other uses for a PCGS blue storage box

The cat brought in a 6" blue belly lizard and was playing with it on the carpet.

I had an empty PCGS box on the desk, so I cover up the lizard and slid the box over a piece of cardboard and put the top on.

Besides a lizard capture system, it is also a lizard transport system which I used on my next errand run.

The lizard now lives in the field next to the post office.

What else have you used a PCGS blue box for?

The 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 mylar flips fit perfect in the PCGS blue box coin slots. I use them to organize my raw coins that I will someday submit to the TPGS.
Depending on the coin you can fit several in one slot. Works very well.

The blue boxes are handy for storing my raw U.S. Mint medal collection, many of which reside in 2-1/2 X 2-1/2 Saflips, which fit very neatly in the divided compartments

I use them to submit coins to PCGS in the reguired 2+1/2 X 2+1/2 archival flips. 80 coins to the box!

Holds 96 slabs. Originally a box with different types of packaged tea.

I use one to store my Lincoln Memorial Cent collection, AKA pennies I'm too lazy to return to the bank. It holds a lot without slabs!
    I love them Barber Halves.....

Ironically/contrastingly funny image , following my last post. I put the scrap gold purchased through the shop, in a coffee can or zip lock baggies.

I use them to collect dust in the Garage. I've got at least 5 years worth of build up which I'll let go of for a really cheap price.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
