Who was / is the one that collects mis-cut cards?

Does anyone remember the person that collects mis-cut cards? It has been quite some time that I sent some to him and I don't remember who it was. I have a small handful more.

    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    I still send mine to jeff barfvader. I also send my newer cards I get (don't collect them) to his son Simon. Probably every couple of years, still same address as far as I know.
