If some body came in I would probably be anywhere from 27-33 each, depending on look and quality.
I see the answers that folks mentioned and they appear fair, but here's the thing, I get people all the time that come in and tell me they get offers anywhere from 9-15 bucks for coins of this quality all the time, and this includes coin shops, not just your gold buying shops and pawn shops. This tells me that there has got to be some shiester dealers out there!!

There is an abundance of them.
Back when silver was at it's height, I took a couple rolls of merc dimes for my wife's grandparents in to the local dealer. He offered me face value. I haven't been back since.

That is when you trash them on yelp, google reviews and anywhere else online you can. Direct potential customers to a more reputable place. In Connecticut, we have one shyster who always has commercials on TV that they pay the highest prices around and it bothers me..."Good Old Tom". I brought in 10 raw morgans and I sprinkled in a few semi-key dates (2 CC's and an 84-s_ in xf+) condition to see how they operate and I was offered $14/per when spot was in the upper $20's.

There will be a large difference between "wholesale" and what any dealer would ask.
If all were in the same condition as above, many dealers would have common dates, like this (toning a excellent fields) priced in the $65 on up range.

Too many positive BST transactions with too many members to list.
My guy around here pays 24-ish for those. I'd pay more, but I can't handle hundreds of them.
