Jim Cramer just announced on CNBC, "The Bull Market is back in gold". He expects Au to "creep up" to $1400-$1500.

I've noticed the same thing. Combined with general disdain for the stock market.

How are some of these people making money in their profession? How do they have a job? These people called for $900 gold when prices were tanking. Now that it's up 10-15% they're calling for it to go way up. Seriously, these idiots always wait for upward and downward movements before they say the markets are going up or down.

Of course he will, he's diversified and should have been rebalancing the entire time down from the peak. @ $1500, he should be up quite nicely image

A $37 move on Kitco, so far. I don't remember the last time it moved $37. Interesting.

Been a while since it moved that far that quickly. Yellen's testimony was negative for equities and the money's going somewhere.

A two week rally isn't going to convince me that the world loves gold again. As soon as I buy, it will drop to $900.

Slow and steady for me. A little every pay day...and no rally or bottoming out will stop me...unless of course it costs $500 for a 1/10 ounce AGE. Then I'm selling....maybe. image

gold is being driven by a weaker dollar. Gold does not drive the currency. Dollar has weakened because of the current massive selling of US debt by Russia, China and the Middle East to provide liquidity to solve their own problems.

That investors are choosing gold over bonds and equities as safehaven tells all we need to know about the investing future.
