Peace reverse toning in this color is common, the Morgan photo makes the coin appear to be over dipped.

Peace is too beat up on the reverse. They would crucify it if graded. The 21 D Morgan has cheek and neck hits. The graders see the date, know how common these are and see the damage then auto-dislike the coin IMO.

I would not send in either of these coins for grading.

The color on the Peace dollar looks natural to me. The coin is nicely struck, but carries enough hits that grading fees would not be justified. This date is available in larger quantities than many modern issues. Luster is muted, but this could be the photo technique.

The 1921 Morgan is very similar. Reasonable detail, no luster, many hits. Unbelievably common, with no reason to have it graded.

The Peace is NT.... both coins are of such that it would not be worth slabbing. Cheers, RickO
