    Totally agree!! I am a long-time subscriber to CoinFacts and LOVE the service. I just renewed my annual membership in late December so I called PCGS today to ask how the "paying" customers would be addressed. A very professional customer service representative named "Ashley" informed me that I would automatically be receiving a pro-rated refund of my fee paid. THANK YOU PCGS for both offering a superior service and for also treating your customers in a first-class manner.

    I am grateful. Many times I got a quick "free" session with coinfacts and every time it was very helpful and informative. I was always sad when the screen would go to "free trial is over". I always had at least 3 more things to look up!



    The pictures alone are a treasure. Thank you PCGS very much for offering this free to everyone. I for one, appreciate it and will happily use the resource as long as it is there.

    I automatically renewed in November 2015 and I will be expecting my refund from PCGS. Rest assured you all will hear if this refund does not occur.

    Still waiting for a reason as to why they would suddenly give something away for free that they were generating revenue from, not that I am complaining.
