This is a newP I just obtained and was wondering how bad the hit on the shield will hurt the grade and what grade it might get best guess with these photos as I don't have it in hand yet.

XF possibly cleaned. Really impossible to tell.

The hits on the coin are rather minor for an XF/AU coin that is possibly cleaned. Those wouldn't concern me unless the coin was at least a MS62/63.

53 or AU Details - Cleaned.

50/53 but as mentioned earlier, looks cleaned.
