Got grades from last quarters collections club special. Interesting 1803 H10c

The 1803 half dime is somewhat interesting. The obverse is Fine/VF to me and the reverse is AG to me. It is somewhat rolled that gives it that effect.

I was interested in what PCGS would grade it.
They netted it AG Details (Damaged)

those edges are definately altered, most likely cupped from a jewelry bezel
