Is the "new forum" search function FUBAR?

I haven't griped at all about the new software and this may well have already been covered in countless other threads.... but I can'r "search" the topic and come up with anything relevant.

Kind of a Catch-22

I agree, tried yesterday to pull up a two year old thread and it was a no go.

the basic works but results aren't refined very well.

Never a problem with "advanced search," which is better than it used to be. Never tried the other until now and it doesn't work.

I have to call customer service now to check status since none of the "secured" areas of this site are accessible through my laptop. (Safari cannot connect because it cannot establish a connection with www.pcgs.com) Phones are promising. There's hope that I will get a human , when I call.

It works much better and much faster than the old forum search!

Just got off the phone with Kathleen in customer service. She said a lot of people had the same problem I had. I just tried to log in a secure area and voila …. it works.
