Can anyone here source the weight parameters of a 1855 $50 Wass, Molitor ?

I haven't found any reference in CoinFacts or auction archives on a quick search.

    A $50 Wass Molitor slug weighs 83.591 grams (1,290 grains) and has a diameter of 42.9 mm according to Tom Pilitowski.

    Was that $50 in a Sotheby sale about 15 years ago? Sonnenfeld might be the name of the sale. As I recall, best ever. Regulated would know more than I (or, likely, anyone else). He's probably in the air to Tampa as I type.

    Kagins book notes 83.45 gms., 1287.9 grns. No mention of diameter.
