Lol, as long as there is a number after the plus sign , they count it as an increase, immaterial of the amount, it's an increase over spot no matter what... everyone knows premiums are increasing because there is no silver availability and the paper price is not the real price, it's the paper price that has to be adjusted so there can be a price to buy coin/bar silver, but even that price isn't the real price.... Heck I don't think anyone knows what the price is...
