Canadian dollar and two dollar coin finds thread

I think that I asked about this several years ago but couldn't locate the thread now. Do we have any Canadians that detect now that are on the boards that might share there dollar or 2-dollar coin finds? Since Canada did away with the cents do you still find many?

    I asked a Canadian friend about penniies. He said that it took about 6 months for pennies to disappear from circulation. I would imagine that there are still plenty in the ground but no new drops.

    This includes no hunting in Canada so they are still out there.
