    That is a huge labor cut.... wow...since they did not state how many are layoffs and how

    many from sales of assets, the impact to jobs is not determined. However, it will be

    Reorganization is always hard but here we have a sell off of assets (mines) and perhaps the jobs are just going from one company to another. They did not say that the assets were shutting down. May not be so bad.
