    Great! Always like the Buffalo.

BTW, what's your backstory on your avatar. Looks like an old CR there.

I cut my teeth on dirt bikes; previously owned:

    Late 60's early 70's Chapparal full frame, 1971 Honda SL70 full frame, Yamaha 1974 YZ125A, 1976 YZ125C, 1979 YZ250, 1988 YZ490, 2005 PW80(my kids), 1994 Honda CR500(*****in), 1998 Suzuki DR350ER, 1997 Kawasaki KDX220(kids).

    Currently bikeless.

i used to race in ama district 37 open class desert racing...hare & hounds, hare scrambles, grand prixs from 83' to 86'

that bike there was my favorite...1984 CR500R

there wasn't a hill i couldn't climb on that beast even with swapped sprockets for top end of 120 mph

simply one beast of a bike there

Yeah, I seem to remember 1984 was the year for CR's - though I thought it was 86. I know my tricked 94CR500R was an absolute beast that took most people for a ride and not the other way. Too bad it's range was about 30 miles on a tank.
