Why won't PCGS use my photos they certified

I have tried 6 times to get them displayed in Coin Facts and nobody will do anything about it. They are all rare dimes and need to be posted. Anybody have and help for me???

I thought that Coin Facts used PCGS True View or PCGS Secure images. Are your images from PCGS or are they yours?

I have had some coins on coin facts that I sent in for grading.
No true view just grading!

All TV coins from PCGS grading. They will not post them and I can figure out why. Appreciate any help as I know they need to be posted.

Not so sure they "need" to be posted. I can understand that you would like them posted. I can also understand that this is neither urgent not important to them. Ask nicely and wait. If that doesn't work, repeat.

Thanks keyman64 I will try that. I have had 11 other dimes posted to coin facts but for some reason, well you know things happen.

There is also the chance they think they are such a minor variety posting them doesn't really help anyone. Is the variety something major?

All 3 are minor but so were 7 to the 11 ones that posted. I guess i am just confused at PCGS. They are changing a lot of things these days.

I've noticed that PCGS Secure photos (free) sometimes don't end up in CoinFacts. But regular grading + $10 TrueView has always shown up in CoinFacts.

They've been changing some things around lately. New imaging software too.



And I wouldn't contact Ron, I would email Phil Arnold.
