Got a small piece of numismatic history, and a nice walker.

I thought this was neat, and couldn't pass it up. (Sellers photos)
Anybody know the approximate time frame this "slab" could have been? Is it OK to keep the coin in this holder or does it likely contain PVC?

MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.

Nice gemmy Walker.
Too many positive BST transactions with too many members to list.
circa 1984/5 I believe. It's been in there 30 years, so I think you're good. The coin is in a cointain inside the flip.
Ahh, I didn't know it was in another container. I'll just leave it.
In those years I was really into garbage pail kids and transformers/GI Joe, and I think my grandpa had just given me a bunch of wheats to poke into a whitman board.
Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

I agree with keeping it as-is, unless you think it has a real shot at a 66 or higher.
what's not to like
shame pcgs doesn't have special holders as option for these...it would add some extra coolness
sweet looking walker in there in one of those old david hall flips too
