Newp And Another 1939-D Even Prettier

This one just arrived this afternoon! Yes I know! I just acquired a 39-D Oregon last week which puts a smile on my face every time I look at it... Anyway when I looked at this new arrival my smile went away and a serious look comes over my face and I notice that my feet are getting cold so I look down and low and behold both my shoes and socks have blown completely off...

All kidding aside this one is no short of spectacular! Both sides are absolutely beautiful and it just glows!!!!! Hope youssss enjoy...

For some reasons, 1939-D is a famous date/mm for beautifully rainbow toned high grade coins. 39-D high grade rainbow toned Mercury dimes are good examples.

Wow, and wow, indeed!

From the title, I got the idea that this was gonna be a Jefferson nickel, for some reason.

The toning on the obverse of that is practically perfect!

The reverse has those untoned spots that make it look like snow is falling. Normally toning disruptions like that decrease the appeal for me, but they do not really bother me much at all here.
