I've contacted the seller, and they seem genuinely surprised and said they will take them down if I can give them more information on how I determined they were counterfeit.

I won both and my max bid was $10,000 each. Nobody was going to get burned. The seller already cancelled the sales.

Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals.
