Where can I go to tell PCGS thier messaging STINKs

Have no clue why the messed with the other version. Dont know about anyone else but mine never opens current messages, shows wrong messages than what I chose, displaying new messages in my box when there isn't any knew message. I'm a software developer and have been for over 25. The modeler for this design needs to be fired!
Enough of the ranting. Where can I go to complain about this feature and actually receive an answer from them

    One of the things I learned in business school is that a measured thoughtful letter of complaint with actual examples and a clear statement of what you want changed is it far more likely to get the results that you desire then just saying you stink.



    For example "you're ugly and have a bad haircut" or "if you part your hair on the left it sets your face off much nicer". Or the classic: dear Mr Lincoln please grow a beard.



    So what are the specific items but you don't like about the new forum software?

    Easy way how to remember how to spell "Their". It's "THE" plus 'internal revenue', so it's "Their".

    Sending photos worked 2 days into the upgrade so hopefully they get the glitch straitened out... For now it's not perfect but still betters smoke signals & messages in bottles.

    Change can be difficult. Calm down, take a deep breath, and concentrate on becoming familiar with the spell check feature on your device.

    I saw the title of this thread and found out I had 4 days of PMs built up. Not sure where there's anything like before to tell me a PM is waiting. Navigating the PM page seems cumbersome. I had to back-button my way out of the thing as I got lost trying to get out of there....first ending up on the PCGS and CU websites.

    If you open the sidebar on the left by clicking on the little left arrow button (upper left of screen) you can see if any PM's are waiting for you.

    PM purgatory (email). Seriously, I have several PMs that show in my email inbox but not here. And the sender is listed as the registered email of the forum member. It is very easy to overlook things.

    How about "new and improved" is often over-hyped and doesn't always pan out. Personally, I prefer my current new and improved life to living in a cave using rocks and sticks as tools.

    were the deficiencies of the "old and useless" version ever outlined in a thread, the reasoning for the change?? absent a link to that, can one of the IT members give their impression of what the differences are in the two, why a change was needed and how the current version is an upgrade??



    I suspect it is somehow tied to all the wireless and phone use and those requirements.

    I did pay for it and it stinks. 33 work days on regular. What do you think?

    I suspect it is somehow tied to all the wireless and phone use and those requirements.


    It could be that the upgrade from the old and unsupported version of FuseTalk was necessitated by IT security audit findings and/or impending incompatibilities with upgrades to the rest of the corporate IT infrastructure, and had nothing to do with gripes about a free message board.



    I don't see a UI that looks particularly tailored for mobile devices, although if that's in the cards once initial issues are resolved with the upgrade, the 2001 version of FT wasn't going to support it.

    Anybody else have the issue where all of the messages in a PM are from yourself? I can't tell who wrote what once you click into one to see the full chain.
