North Carolina State 25c Doubled Die?

On incused devices I know it is harder to tell and well I would like some opinions on this image it is not mine but I would like to know if a doubled die or just MD.

Not a doubled die. This is what mechanical or ejection doubling looks like on incused lettering.

the "N" and "R" of north bring pause in my say

that this is just strike doubling



the bottom of the "R" has a rounded base letter and the top letter has a flat bottom in appearance



i'll wait for the experts to chime in

Doubling aside, that is not an N.C. state quarter.....Its a Blue Ridge Parkway Quarter
