2015-P Kennedy Reverse Proof with Pretty Large Wire

Received this from the mint the other day. The wire section stand pretty tall. I think it is much larger than the normal range. Let me know what you think.

    I didn't take more images, but the wire is about 1/3 of the way around, and some of the stars on the rim are not formed correctly. The wire shown is the sharpest, tallest point, but about 1/3 of the rim is abnormally raised.
