Worth submitting? 1946-S RPM-001 Walker

I cherrypicked myself this afternoon while rooting through my junk box. Found a 1946-S half with the S/S RPM-001. Coin has a soft strike, but is a blasty MS65 otherwise. Is there any premium for this variety? Is it scarce? Worth submitting with variety attribution?

Seriously. IMHO is is worth submitting. As for the variety / attribution, it's worth a shot.
