Designation Review for Full Band Roosie's?

I've got a Roosevelt dime in a PCGS MS67 holder that I think is full bands. Is designation review the proper service for this coin?
Thanks,

Reconsideration submission (in the slab) is your logical option.
PCGS does not do designation review any more. Roosie's appear to be a little soft in the market unless the eye appeal and strike is all there. I would suggest a regrade to review for FB. If your coin is in an older holder you want to keep, then reconsideration would work.

WRONG! The designation began here and ATS in 2003. A pre-2003 slab could very easily contain an undesignated FB Roosie.

I agree. You could simply sent it in for regrade.
