1857 Flying Eagle. Attribution?

I'm not very experienced at attributing FE's. I have Rick's latest guides but I'm struggling with this one.

Anyone here good at this? The prominent CCW doubling runs through OF AMERICA and at the date and rear of right wing. Nothing on the left obverse.

FWIW, the coin isn't mine. It's a customer's. I just shot the images.
Lance.

The date area looks more like a shelf, indicating die bounce to me, rather than a doubled die.
Not sure about the lettering though.
    Cool coin regardless!

be careful with the series. it notorious for strike/machine doubling (as are other series). usually it is found on 1/4-1/3 of the coin devices if it is there. this helps to diagnose.

I have come back to this image three times today . . .just because it is superb. Appears to my untrained eye to be the strike doubling common to the FE series . . . . but wow, what imaging.

Oh . . . keep the shiny side up Lance.

    Beautiful Flyer!

It's better than the one I have.
