The only problem with this is that you seem to believe that there are 2 parties with opposing aims. If you believe that the Democratic party would fix all that then you are ignoring the inconvenient fact that when Mr hope&change got elected in 2008 he had a democrat majority in the senate and the house to work with and together they did absolutely nothing. There wasn't a single defender between them and the endzone to stop them from scoring a touchdown but they chose to take a knee on the 50 yard line.

Paying a "fair" wage also depends on what a specific worker brings to the table that helps a company produce goods or services at a profit.
"People like me" once had to work for a minimum wage that was about 1/5th of what minimum wage is now. "People like me" decided not to remain in the minimum wage job and the best way to accomplish that was to "make myself useful". This entailed doing a lot of crap jobs that I didn't really feel like doing, and even working at the bottom of the ladder in some of those "greedy corporations" working for some people who didn't really appreciate all of my talents.
Eventually, I had to see reality for what it is, and I made myself useful.
You will grow up, but in the meantime it seems there's nothing else you can learn because you already know everything.
