I guess I can't guarantee this isn't the original buyer reselling, but I have some serious doubts that the original buyer would risk a 99c auction after owning it for less than 3 months. New listing has nearly a complete copy-and-paste of the original listing description.

I reported it to eBay already, but hopefully the buyer doesn't get burned.
