Crossover confusion

Will PCGS review an ANACS slabbed coin for crossover consideration? Or just NGC slabbed coins?
If you do what you always did, you get what you always got.

I think they do...
(Doubt PCGS considers coins graded by ICG and/or PCI for example acceptable for crossover. Must crack out first. At least, that is how I understand it.)

On second thought. . . I may be wrong (at least in regards to ICG...).

Yes, you are wrong.
I have not seen any very recent changes to policy so I would place good money there are no restrictions.
The understanding is that they are trying to grade through the slab before cracking it out, so they may reject many of them; particularly in these lower tier holders, being that they may be wary of something they think they see or aren't sure of
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

This... PCGS will let you try and cross over anything.
