If you purchase a coin on ebay and send it in for grading and it comes back as counterfeit can you get you money back from paypal on their 90 day guarantee?
I would imagine so, as long as you can prove it was the original coin you bought. If Paypal or ebay don't help, you can try going straight to your credit card company.
Absolutely you can and you do NOT return the coin to the seller per ebay counterfeiting rules.
I left a seller a neg on a recent counterfeit that PCGS did not grade and he begged for the coin back and a removal of the neg. I said NO coin back and would change the NEG to a NEUTRAL upon receipt of the $40 grading fee in my paypal account. He sent the money and I followed through but left the comment the same (seller sold a fake per PCGS).

They will require a pic of the coin in the "body bag" or such.
