It's on Fire
I've never seen this PMD before, but it's kind of interesting

Never have cared for them. Trying to make something common, seem rare is just a gimmick to me.

Kind of neat. I like the reverse and think it would be cool to own one with the obverse looking just like the reverse.

that's what i don't like about it. it's almost like a slap in the face.

I like it. To me it represents Liberty walking confidently through the flames, unscathed.

A meaningless gimmick.
Lance.
If it has interesting luster beneath.
If the reverse is really that startling dark.
Then I could kind of see it. Almost.
But it still veers very close to a colorized coin.

(1) Lady Liberty and the flag itself are not burning. They are going through the flames unscathed.
(2) The fire can represent the forest fires that are growing in intensity every year that many Americans live through.
(3) The black reverse can represent the charred land and homes after a fire has swept through an area.
(4) The fact that US and China coins are done can represent that the two countries are responsible for the most carbon emissions. Canada can be justified because they committed to reduce emissions by 6% but actually increased emissions by 24%.
It seems like beyond the simple cool fire aspect, the coins can represent signs of our times.
It has little to no investment potential.
Otherwise, I find it interesting and artistc, as I've never seen one before.
For example, if someone gave it to me as a gift, etc. I'd likely keep it.
