Dumb question - how do you extract a coin...Mohawk C&C Set capsules?

How do you extract a coin from the Mint's capsules in the Mohawk Ironworkers Coin & Currency Sets without damaging the coin? Those suckers are tight in the plastic half-shell.
On another note, the coins seem to be of superb quality this time around. Much better than the 4X more expensive Ike Reverse Proof Coin & Chronicles Sets.
