1823 Capped Bust Half (O-110) -- Thanks for Overton Variety Attribution Assistance

I recently purchased this 1823 Capped Bust Half Dollar (O-110), and would appreciate your thoughts and assistance on the Overton Variety Attribution.
Although the "3" in date looks a bit irregular (apparently missing at least part of the middle crossbar), IMO it doesn't appear to be tilted far enough to the right to be either of the "Broken 3" or "Patched 3" irregular date varieties.
It also does not appear to be the "Ugly 3" variety, unless it's an earlier die state of the "Ugly 3" variety, prior to the progression of the die crack that eventually further altered the "3" in the date. -- Both the star alignment and date numeral spacing seem to support this theory.
If this is correct, it may be a die state midway in between the O-110 & O-110a.
Thanks in advance for any Overton attribution assistance and any other observations or comments that you may wish to provide.

Overton calls it the "perfect 3" but we know of examples like yours where there is some separation of the 3 curls. So your thinking is correct. It falls somewhere between perfect and ugly.
Lance.
The coin exhibits flashy mint luster underneath the brown toning, which is not well depicted in the HA Auction photos posted previously in this thread.
I think that the coin is conservatively graded by NGC as an AU-50, and am pleased to add it to my Capped Bust Half Set as an O-110 Intermediate Die State.
It is an example of a die state somewhere between the "Perfect 3" (O-110) and "Ugly 3" (O-110a) varieties, as defined by the progression of the radial die crack extending from the dentile rim into the numeral "3" of the date.
