Best bet is to have a collector in Germany accept the shipment for you and re-ship to you. I have done that several times with purchases from Britain. Frankly the worst place as far as won't ship out of the country is the USA.

Heritage has an office in Germany. Check their website. I've been impressed with Marc Emory since I first met him in the mid-1970's. Maybe they can help. They probably have large shipments of coins coming across the pond very regularly.

Excellent idea. I believe coin in German is Munchen.
Finding a reputable dealer in Germany should be less of a problem than here in the USA
