Unopened Help

Hi folks, been a while since I was on the boards or paying attention to sales. I'm contemplating selling my 1970 O-Pee-Chee PSA 8 baseball wax pack and my 1981 O-Pee-Chee BBCE baseball wax box but couldn't find any completed sales for either.

By any chance, does anyone know what either are going for (ballpark)? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, and hope all is well with everyone.

I concur on the 1981 price of $450. These boxes don't show up often. Tough year. As for the 1970 pack, I'd estimate $200-225.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I appreciate it. I could be wrong but $225 seems pretty low. That's what I got it for 3 years ago before everything went kaboom. Perhaps they haven't moved but I could have sworn I saw a sale a while back for much more than that.

That could very well be low on the 1970. Scarcity is definitely your friend. I have one PSA and one GAI, but picked them up a few years ago as well. 1970s OPC unopened isn't the easiest thing to figure out due in part to scarcity. Love that stuff.

1970 opc is tough...the last sale i saw about 4-5 months ago was $425 for a gai 9 example...so id value that pack around $350-400

As for the 1981 opc box, $450 seems about right on...last time bbce had single packs they went quickly at $15 each

Thanks for the input everyone in this thread and the PMs. I think I'm going to have to decide if I'm comfortable letting it fly in an auction or just continue to sit on it. Have a great weekend.
